When I water fast I feel so empty and like I am shrinking in size. But it doesn’t work like that. It just feels like that. I will be skinny all in due time.
Well, I walked a mile on the treadmill and worked off my calorie intake from breakfast. A few hours later it was lunch time. So it was VERYYYY difficult to find something healthy, that I would want to eat for lunch. At first I was gonna eat some wheat thins tomato & basil. But they were stale, so I had to go to a “Plan B”. Next I looked for something else (low in calories) and decided to have easymac which is basically mac&cheese. I feel satisfied, and i’m not hungry… so I guess i’m doin pretty good for my first day!
